Coding/Game Design 6 - 8 $80.00 Welcome to our Coding & Game Design class, where you will learn to bring your creativity to life by creating your own video games! This fun and interactive course is designed for students who are new to coding, as well as those who have some experience.
Comic Book Creations 6-8 $88.00 This course invites students to become comic book designers, authors, and illustrators. Students are guided through the entire process from finding inspiration and plot development to sketching characters and creative lettering.
Cooking 5-8 $108.00 Get ready to roll up your sleeves and discover the joy of cooking! In this hands-on class, students will learn basic cooking skills, explore delicious recipes, and understand the importance of healthy eating.
Dance/Cheer 1 - 5 $104.00 Build Confidence, Connect with Friends, and Dance your Energy Out with Dance Sequins Dance/Cheer Camp! This week's theme is Dancing in the USA!
Drawing/Painting 1 - 2 $96.00 Students will learn drawing techniques to create animals, people, places, and more to inspire their own unique artwork. A variety of painting tools and techniques and other mixed media will be used to build painting skills, learn blending and color mixing.
Elements Music Piano 1-6 $156.00 Meet new friends while learning to Play Piano in a fun-filled Summer Camp! Students will learn music reading and piano-playing skills through fun activities, musical games and playing favorites like Star Wars, JS Bach, Disney, Taylor Swift, Minecraft or Super Mario. Our goal is to provide students with an experience that is Educational, Creative, and FUN, and to musically inspire Kids of all ages in an interactive group setting. Keyboards provided During Class. Food Around the World 2-5 $108.00 Take a culinary journey across the globe in this exciting class! Students will explore the diverse flavors, ingredients, and cooking techniques that define different cultures.
Indoor Games 3 - 5 $76.00 he class would feature a variety of exciting games, including classics like Four Corners, Freeze Dance, and Bean Bag Toss, as well as high-energy favorites such as Indoor Dodgeball (using soft, kid-friendly balls), Balloon Volleyball, and Obstacle Course Challenges. Additionally, cooperative activities like team-building relays would ensure students practice collaboration and problem-solving. The purpose of this class is to promote physical activity, teamwork, and sportsmanship in a safe and inclusive setting. It’s designed to cater to diverse skill levels, ensuring every student feels welcome and can participate fully. Activities will rotate to keep the experience fresh and engaging for returning students.
Jewelry Making 1 - 3 $96.00 Join us for the creative art of making Jewelry. Students will be creating a variety of pieces and will work to design and produce pieces they will be proud to display. Learn new skills that will create pieces such as necklaces, rings, and bracelets.
Math 5 5 $88.00 This class is designed to help close the gap for students entering 5th grade and are performing below grade level in math. Instruction will be provided in a supportive environment that will increase their math skills.
Minecraft Makers 1 - 2 $80.00 Minecraft Epic Challenge allows students to explore customized Minecraft worlds, collaborate with their peers and develop new programming skills. This class uses MinecraftEdu software that infuses the game with STEM-based learning designed especially for classroom use. See if you can use your skills to meet the challenge!
Musical Theatre 3 - 5 $88.00 This beginning musical theater class introduces students to the joy of musical theater through learning choreography, reading lines and practicing their acting skills.
Nature Art 4-6 $96.00 Students will create interesting and unique works of art using the natural world around them. Students will use bits of nature to include brightly colored flowers, rocks, leaves, mud, pinecones and more to create unique sculptures and designs.
Planting Seeds Press 1 - 5 $172.00 Interested in being on TV but not sure about acting? Give broadcast journalism a try! Planting Seeds Press offers students the chance to join a team of young reporters who cover a wide range of topics—from current events and breaking news to entertainment and sports. Students will have fun taking on roles like News Anchor, Reporter, Meteorologist, and more. Join us for a hands-on, exciting experience, and discover the world of journalism. Pop Art & Cartooning 3 - 5 $96.00 Young artists will explore the exciting world of fusing pop-art and cartooning together. Students will have the opportunity to enhance their skills through character and story development and will learn how to make playful Kawaii characters and learn the basics of animation.
Reading 1 - 2 1-2 $88.00 This class is designed to help close the gap for students entering 1st or 2nd grade and are performing below grade level in reading. Instruction will be provided in a supportive environment that will increase their reading skills.
Slime and Chemical Reactions 4 - 6 $92.00 Get ready to get messy in this hands-on chemistry course! Students will explore the science behind slime and bath bombs by creating and comparing different types of slime using various ingredients. We'll dive into chemical reactions, observe fascinating transformations, and experiment with fizzing, foaming, and stretching materials. Through trial, observation, and comparison, students will develop a deeper understanding of how substances interact to create fun and exciting textures. Perfect for curious minds who love hands-on learning!
Trash to Treasure Makers Space 6-8 $96.00 Students will use a variety of collected items to build self-directed projects that may include cardboard robots, pipe cleaner puppets, egg carton caterpillars and much more.
Young Rembrandts - Draw Cartoons 1 - 5 $103.00 Learn the basics of cartooning and create your own characters! Each day students will learn techniques used in cartooning. Subjects like characteristics, features, exaggeration, action, and personification will contribute to your child’s artistic advancement! Young Rembrandts students will immediately apply their new skills in every class to create their own original cartoon characters.
