Running ClubOn your marks, get ready, get set… GO! Runners will have a blast improving their running speed, duration, and form. Age-appropriate athletic conditioning drills, weight training and core exercises will support and enhance fitness in all sports. Come compete in timed drills, long and short distance races to tear up the track. Be sure to wear sunscreen and bring your hat and water!
